Sawasdee Krub! My name is Jakkaphan Saiprasert, though most know me as "Mr. Bank." As a professional Tour Guide and Travel Advisor at Wonderful Chiang Mai Travel, my passion is crafting seamless and inspiring journeys across Northern Thailand. (Fun fact: I was born in Lampang in 1991—the same year an international bank opened in town, which inspired my father to give me my nickname!)

I earned my degree in English for Communication from North-Chiang Mai University and immediately entered the hospitality industry. Starting my career as a hostel receptionist, I had the privilege of connecting with travelers from around the globe. That experience solidified my true calling in life. Driven by a desire for dynamic, hands-on experiences, I transitioned into full-time tour guiding—a step that transformed my career.

After two fulfilling years of leading tours, the COVID-19 pandemic temporarily paused the global travel industry. Despite the challenges of that period, my passion for tourism remained unchanged. As global travel reopened, I returned with a renewed purpose: to elevate the standard of personalized travel experiences.

On March 17, 2022, I established our main office near the iconic Tha Phae Gate, officially founding Wonderful Chiang Mai Travel. Today, my team and I are proud to showcase the authentic beauty, culture, and hospitality of Chiang Mai and its surroundings.
